Custom Watch Dial – Made to Order

This product is a custom-made watch dial, produced according to the specifications, artwork, text, logos, and design elements provided or approved by the customer.

Custom Order Policy

- Non-Cancellable Order: Once the order has been placed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled.

- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the personalized nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted for custom-made dials, except where required by applicable law.

- Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, and overall design of the submitted or approved artwork.

- Design Approval: The customer must carefully review and approve all design proofs, specifications, and details before production. Once approved, the design will be produced accordingly. Any errors or omissions in the approved design are the customer's responsibility.

- No Design Changes After Approval: Changes requested after design approval or the commencement of production may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

- Custom Product Variations: Minor variations in color, finish, printing, or appearance may occur due to the production process and differences between digital previews and the finished product.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
