Thank you for visiting and shopping at Heritus Watches. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at herituswatches@gmail.com to inquire about availability.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within Canada:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Providers
We primarily use Canada Post, but may also use other reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator depending on the destination and shipping method.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices listed on our site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
